Yesterday I finally made the long awaited crepe cake. I was a little sceptical at first, but I can assure you with the caramel, the cream and the raspberries, it all comes together wonderfully! I took the recipe from the poiresauchocolat blog, but used my own crepe recipe. So pleased with the outcome!
